Recycled Environmentalist

Sometimes I get discouraged about recycling in the home environment. We use mainly fresh veggies; recycling pits, shells, and some skins is not difficult.

What bugs me is the array of paper recycling receptacles we give space to--including even a shredder. Who but the FBI would look at OUR waste?

Except for those crazy times when I go through old newsclips, we discard mainly 20-pound bond. Maybe a lot of sixteen.

And then I am always disturbed by the appearance of the recycle container in the kitchen.

Well, be respectful when you recycle me.
